Fairhills Circle
Many Briarwood residents are not acquainted with Fairhills Circle which is a narrow street built up the side of a steep hill, accessing six lots. See the plat at http://www.briarwoodlr.org/003-plat-west.html. Five of the six lots have houses on them. A developer wants to build two duplexes with 10 to 12 parking spaces on the last lot. The photos below are of Fairhills Circle. I made a big mistake of waiting until there was no traffic in front of the entrance as it is frequently blocked when the east-west traffic light at Markham and Mississippi is red. If you have the opportunity you ought to drive up Fairhills Circle to view the site yourself.

The request is now to allow three patio homes to be built on Fairhills Circle. A public hearing is expected to be held at 4:00 PM in the Board of Directors Chamber in City Hall on Thursday, September 14th.
